Our IT department will be doing some planned systems maintenance this coming weekend. These are periodic system updates that strengthen and improve our technology infrastructure. There is a portion of the maintenance period that will require shutting down eFactory, APIs, and ecommerce plugins. We plan to have all systems up and running as by start of business on Monday, November 18. Here are the details:

Systems Affected

The following customer-facing tools will be offline on Sunday November 17

  • eFactory

  • APIs

  • Ecommerce plugins

You will see a site down error message during the time that these platforms will be inaccessible.

Timing: November 17, 2024

The above tools will be offline for the majority of the day on Sunday, November 17.

We plan to have all updates fully completed and tested for business to resume as usual Monday November 18.

During this time of system maintenance, operations will be closed. The DCL warehouses will not be operating during these times, and all orders processing will be on hold.

Customer Actions Needed

Customers should not have to take any action as orders that are automatically sent during the time our systems are offline for maintenance will be tactically resent.

While we will be doing a thorough systems check after the updates are made to ensure orders are flowing properly, we encourage our customers to check orders as well on Sunday evening or Monday morning.

What is Being Updated?

Like any software system, we need to make periodic updates to ensure our technology connections are working as efficiently as possible. Our team will work around the clock during this coming weekend to ensure our platforms are updated properly, tested, and ready for peak season. Changes made will be invisible to our customers once the updates are made.
