After a shipping label is applied to package in our facility, there are many steps taken before the package arrives for delivery.

How to Find Delivery Status and Carrier Updates in eFactory

Navigate to the Orders > Shipped section of eFactory. Here you will be able to get real-time tracking notifications.

  • Notifications here will appear in real-time as carrier updates are made.

  • Some carriers make updates daily, some more often. This feature is merely a conduit from the carrier.

Carrier Tracking Status Meanings and Definitions

are many different status updates you may see in eFactory, to help you field the "Where's my order?" questions you are likely getting from customers, below are definitions of updates you may find, and when you need to take action.

For example if your status says "En Route," use the chart in the En Route drop down to better understand the actual status of your package.
