DCL customers shipping to Canadian addresses can stock inventory throughout DCL's US facilities to enable faster delivery times to any Canadian destination.
With this service, inventory stored in multiple DCL fulfillment centers will now ship from the closest US facility to destinations in Canada. Shippers will benefit from faster delivery times, lower freight costs.
What are the requirements to use this feature?
To enable this customers must:
Already be shipping into Canada.
Already have inventory in multiple DCL facilities.
How do I use this feature?
If you meet the above requirements, please reach out to your DCL team and we’ll help you put it in place.
Your DCL team will enable appropriate package volume and set up pickups by carrier and service with each regional fulfillment team.
How long does it take to set up?
Once your account team has approved this feature for your operations, we will need to perform a few test orders. The timeline to test and fully implement should be expected to occur within 10 business days.
