DCL Receiving Information

You can send your inventory to the fulfillment center locations below to which your account has been assigned. Under no conditions will DCL accept freight collect and/or C.O.D. materials. All deliveries require a delivery appointment. Container deliveries require at least 48 hour notification prior to delivery.

Inbound Freight to DCL Receiving

Notification of Freight Delivery:

  • DCL requires all receipts to have an Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN) in DCL’s ERP. The ASN submission feature is located in eFactory and allows you to submit an ASN directly in our system. An alternative method is to send ASN information is via the ASN API. Please ensure the information is accurate and submitted at least 48 hours in advance of expected delivery date. This pre-alert allows us to schedule and plan to efficiently receive your goods into our warehouse. If ASN information is not submitted to DCL in a timely manner, receiving delays and chargeback may apply.

  • All TL/LTL deliveries require a delivery appointment 48 hours prior to arrival at DCL warehouse. Deliveries made without an appointment may be subject to receiving delays or turned away.

  • DCL will NOT accept freight collect and/or C.O.D. materials. No exceptions.

  • Please email Packing Slip and Bill of Lading to DCL Account Manager and the appropriate Receiving. Team (see page 3 for reference) 48 hours prior to anticipated arrival date.

  • Expedited Freight: All expedited freight must be communicated with DCL Receiving ASAP to check dock availability and enable priority receipt.

  • All inbound inventory must be addressed to:

    • DCL Receiving Department

    • DCL Warehouse Location Address
