How do I set up a tour or visit of DCL's facilities?

At DCL, we highly value our relationships with our customers and are always thrilled to welcome visitors to our facilities.

Whether you're an existing customer looking to connect with our team or a prospective client interested in exploring what DCL offers, we're here to ensure your visit is informative, enjoyable, and productive.

Here are the steps you'll need to take to set up a tour or visit of our facilities.

For Existing DCL Customers

If you are a current DCL customer and are planning to visit one of our locations, we're excited to welcome you! To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

Submit a Facility Visit Request

First, contact your account manager to submit a site visit. Please include the following information in your request.

  • Who you plan to see: If there is a specific person or persons you want to see, please list the name(s) if known.

  • Number of Visitors: Specify the total number of individuals from your team who will be present.

  • Visitor Information: Provide the names and titles of all individuals who will be visiting.

  • Visit Details: Inform your account manager about the preferred date and time of your visit.

  • Location: Mention the DCL facility location you intend to visit.

  • Purpose of Visit: Briefly explain why you are visiting and whom you are planning to meet.

Once you've provided this information, your account manager will coordinate with the appropriate teams at DCL to finalize your visit. They will confirm the visit details and provide any additional information you may need.

How do I Prepare for a DCL Site Visit?

Upon arrival, our team will be ready to welcome you and ensure that your visit meets your expectations. If there are any specific projects, such as an operational meeting or a PI audit, please make sure you send all the information to your Account Manager. If your plans change or you are running late, please let your account manager know as soon as possible.
