Here are the steps you'll need to take to set up a tour or visit of our facilities.

For Existing DCL Customers

If you are a current DCL customer and are planning to visit one of our locations, we're excited to welcome you! To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

Submit a Facility Visit Request

First, contact your Account Manager to submit a site visit request. Please include the following information in your request.

  • Who you plan to see: If you have a specific person or persons you want to see, please list the name(s) if known.

  • Number of Visitors: Specify the total number of individuals from your team who will be present.

  • Visitor Information: Provide the names and titles of all individuals who will be visiting.

  • Visit Details: Inform your Account Manager of your preferred date and time of for the visit.

  • Location: Confirm the DCL facility location you intend to visit.

  • Purpose of Visit: Please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your visit and the person or people you intend to meet.

Once you've provided this information, your Account Manager will coordinate with the appropriate teams at DCL to finalize your visit. They will confirm the visit details and provide any additional information you may need.

How do I Prepare for a DCL Site Visit?

Upon your arrival, our team will be ready to warmly welcome you and ensure your visit goes smoothly. If you have any specific activities planned—such as an operational meeting or a PI audit—please provide all relevant details to your Account Manager in advance. Should your plans change or if you anticipate being late, kindly notify your Account Manager as soon as possible.
