How to Create and Schedule a Custom eFactory Report

Detailed steps for creating a custom report in eFactory, plus how to set it up reports to be scheduled and sent to your inbox.

eFactory offers the ability to create custom reports. These reports can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly to be emailed to you automatically.

Examples of Common eFactory Reports

Schedule any of the following:

  • Inventory Status

  • Shipped orders

  • Open orders

  • Item Hold Reports

  • RMA tracking

  • ...and many other tasks!

How to Create and Schedule a Report

  1. Navigate to the data you would like to build into a report. For example, all orders shipped.

  2. Select the data range you wish to report, select All Columns (or the view of choice) and select “Schedule Report

  3. Complete the report preferences (date, time, frequency, etc.) and select “Add to Scheduler”

Tip: Schedule monthly billing reports to help decrease the time it takes to run the monthly reports. Using eFactory scheduled reports will deliver the reports directly to your inbox!

Please Note: The reports run at Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Why do I need to schedule a report?

Upon logging into eFactory, a vast majority of the information can be effortlessly scheduled to be sent to you via reports. These reports can be customized based on your preferences and delivered at a time that is most suitable for you.

By having the report delivered to your inbox, you can access the necessary data without having to log in every time.

How are automated reports sent to me?

When you schedule a report in eFactory, you can schedule it to be sent directly to your email inbox.

Any report your schedule will be sent in Excel format. This is for two reasons:

  1. You can then process and tailor the information to meet your specific requirements.

  2. It provides you with the most objective view of your data. Our team works hard to ensure you have operational data available in the most convenient and efficient manner possible, so you can make more informed business decisions.

What timezone is the report scheduler set to?

All reports use Pacific Standard Time (PST)
