USPS is a domestic and international parcel carrier that is available for DCL customers to ship from any of our US facilities. The USPS are experts in transporting, clearing, and delivering ecommerce products directly to customers all over the world.

USPS Summary

The United States Postal Service (USPS), also known as the Post Office, U.S. Mail, or Postal Service, is an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government. The USPS goes beyond mail delivery, contributing to community spirit, sustainability, and essential government services.

  • Pickup and Delivery: USPS picks up daily from all DCL warehouses.

  • Transit time: Dependent on service picked at time of shipping.

  • Surcharges: No fuel surcharge, no residential fee, no delivery area surcharge. USPS has signature required and non standard surcharges.

  • DIM Factor: Varies.

  • Insurance: up to $100 of insurance per package included.

  • Dangerous Good: Dangerous goods shipping available.

    • Note: The DCL Transportation Team must validate what customer DG items we can support.
