In case you need to cancel Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), rest assured that it is possible.
Please note that this option is exclusively available for users of ReturnTrak. If you do not use ReturnTrak, kindly get in touch with your account manager.
Steps to Cancel an RMA
Step One:
Go to eFactory → ReturnTrak → All
You can also use the search option on the top left corner.
Select the RMA to be canceled.
Step Two:
Once you have chosen the RMA, a new screen will appear, resembling the one depicted below. In the top right corner, you will find a dropdown menu labeled "ACTIONS". After selecting this, you can proceed to choose "Request cancellation". A green pop-up notification will then appear in the bottom right corner, confirming that your RMA has been successfully canceled.
