What is Returntrak?

ReturnTrak is DCL's proprietary Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system. It is a comprehensive system designed to streamline the management of product returns for the brands we support. How Do I connect to Returntrak?

You can connect to Returntrak through eFactory. Your account manager can enable a Returntrak tab within eFactory for seamless access to Returntrak. Once connected, you can add your specific settings to meet your company's needs and create RMAs. You can also connect to our API and electronically send your RMA information to our Returntrak module.

While you can also send RMAs to our API, ReturnTrak does not connect to eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Shipstation, etc.
