How to Contact Your Dedicated Account Manager

As part of the integration process, you will have the opportunity to meet your account manager and receive their contact information, along with the most effective means of reaching them.

How do I find my account manager's email in eFactory?

  1. Log into eFactory, and under the drop-down by your user name, select "Team Members."

  2. You will then see your support team, including your Primary Account Manager

What if my account manager changes?

In the event of any changes to your account manager, you will be informed ahead of time. If you have difficulty locating the contact details of your current account manager, you can easily discover who they are and their direct contact information by accessing eFactory.

Do I direct all requests to my account manager?

DCL uses a single email alias model for all customer accounts. By using your single account alias you can ensure your request is handled by the appropriate team. Our system uses automation to direct inquiries to certain teams. Please include one of the following keywords in the body of your email:

  • OA (Order Administrators): Use this for order changes or special instructions before shipping.

  • OSG (Order Support Group): Use this for issues or changes after an order ships.

  • Transportation: For LTL quotes or DG-related questions.

  • AM (Account Manager): Use this for general questions or any other inquiries.

If you are unsure which group to address or forget to specify, our automated routing system will direct the email to the appropriate team. Unassigned emails will default to the Account Management group, who will then manually route your question appropriately.
