Within DCL, you have the ability to access the locations of your held products. Not only can you view the product's location, but you can also see the corresponding hold codes. This information is easily accessible through eFactory under the Items section. Within DCL, you have the ability to access the locations of your held products. How do I find the Hold Locations in eFactory?

  1. Log into eFactory on go to Item > On Hold. Here you will see the locations under the "Location" column and the hold code under the "Hold Code" column. You can reference the hold code definitions support article to find out what the hold codes mean.

How do I get an inventory by location report or see all locations?

In addition, the On Hold section offers the added benefit of being able to view the locations of all your parts, including those that are not currently on hold. Just select "Show all locations" and you will be able to see all the locations of all your parts. This is also known as the "Inventory by Location" report.

How can I export the hold report?

To export the report, simply select the dropdown in the "all columns" field and choose the export option. You have the option to export as an Excel file, CSV, or a zip file.
