Did my order ship?
If you want to find out if your order shipped or see the current status of an order in eFactory, follow these simple steps:
Log into eFactory:
Open your web browser and go to the eFactory login page.
Enter your username and password.
Click on the "Login" button to access your account.
Search for Order by Number:
View All Orders:
