How to Find the Status of an Order in eFactory

Did my order ship?

If you want to find out if your order shipped or see the current status of an order in eFactory, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into eFactory:

    • Open your web browser and go to the eFactory login page.

    • Enter your username and password.

    • Click on the "Login" button to access your account.

  2. Search for Order by Number:

    • Once logged in, locate the "Search for Order #" box on the homepage.

    • Enter your order number in the provided field.

    • Press "Enter" or click the search icon to retrieve the order details.

  3. View All Orders:

    • If you don't have the order number or prefer to browse, click on the "Orders" section in the main menu.

    • This will display a list of all your orders.

    • You can search for your specific order number using the search functionality within the "Orders" section.
