DCL Logistics aims to work as an extension of our customer’s operations. One of the best ways we can do that is to provide timely communication.

To ensure speedy responses, use the DCL email aliases set up for various projects and departments. When the whole group has visibility into your request you’ll receive more efficient support.

Here is a quick guide to the email aliases and how to use them.

Note: Your account manager can provide your unique account email alias.

Day-to-day questions like inquiry for new projects, questions about SLAs, pricing, etc.

Pre-shipment help.

Update delivery address, change ship method, etc.

Order Support Group

An internal DCL department dealing with post-shipment support.

Questions about delayed shipments, re-routing, claims, traces, etc.

An internal DCL department that handles returns.

FAQs

What's the difference between AM and FF email aliases?

The AM group email is best for day-to-day questions. This is your core account management team. Use the AM email group for questions about SLAs, inquiring about new fulfillment projects, or to get pricing information. The AM group email is made up of the account leaders on your dedicated team.

The FF email should be used for shipping support specifically. The FF email alias is best used to update any shipping information before a shipment has gone out.

Which email alias should I use to update delivery information?

The FF email alias is the best group to direct pre-shipment support. Email the FF group if you need to update a delivery address, alter the shipping information, or change the shipping method.

Who do I contact about a delayed shipment?

For inquiries about shipments that have left the DCL facilities, questions should be directed to the Order Support Group ([email protected]). Contact Order Support Group with questions about delayed shipments, shipping claims, re-routing packages, or tracing shipments.

Who do I email with returns and RMA questions?

For all returns support contact your account email alias that ends in RMA@dclcorp .com. This group email alias can help you with RMA tracking and any unplanned return questions.
