If you need to ship an order the same day after the normal cutoff time, you can still attempt to expedite the process by following the steps outlined below.
While we strive to accommodate rush requests, a "rush" status does not guarantee same-day shipment. Charges for rush orders will be applied as per your service level agreement.
Steps to Submit a Rush Order
Prepare Your Order
Ensure all items are ready and the order is complete.
Double-check the shipping address and any special instructions.
Submit the Order with "Rush" Status
When placing your order, select the "rush" status option.

Contact Customer Service
If you are unable to send the order with a rush status or it is already in our system, please contact your Order Administrator. You can review the article on your support team for contact information here.
Provide your order number and inform them you need an order rushed.
Customer service will confirm receipt and prioritize the order accordingly.
Timing
The feasibility of same-day shipment depends on the time the order is received.
Orders received earlier in the day are more likely to be processed for same-day shipment.
