The Orders Tab is where you will find detailed information about all your orders.
The left side of the navigation contains Orders, Order Lines, Order Items, Ship Detail, and links to Customer documents.
The Orders ection provides information at the header level for each order.
The Order Lines section offers details at the line level, including the parts and quantities being shipped.
The Order Items section summarizes the quantity of each part shipped within a designated time frame based on part numbers.
The Ship Detail section presents order information at the box level, including tracking numbers for each box shipped.
How Do I Filter The Default View?
Regardless of the section you choose from the Orders tab, you can access default views based on Warehouse, Account, Received Date, Channel, Destination, and Order Date. Each of these sections allows you to filter the display to show exactly what you need. Additionally, you can create a customized view according to your filter criteria.
Filter choices on the drop-down:
Warehouse – Indicates where the order is being shipped from.
Account – Specifies the account from which the order is originating.
Received Date – The date when DCL received the order.
Channel – Describes how the order was made (e.g., EDI, E-commerce storefront, API).
Destination – Options include international or domestic shipping.
How to Change the Columns in Each View
You can adjust your table view using the filter located in the top right navigation. The default view is set to "Basic," but you can also switch to "All Columns" or "Customized."
Click on Customize to modify the grid.
You can save your customized view under a unique name.
Use the same drop-down menu to export data in the following formats:
Excel
CSV
Zip file
You can also schedule a report from the same drop-down.
Can I Create Searches Within Each View?
Yes, you can use the fillable fields under some of the column headers for filtering and searching. The asterisk (“*”) serves as a wildcard in your searches.
“xxx*” will search for anything that starts with XXX.
“*xxx*” will search for anything with XXX in the middle.
“*xxx” will search for any that ends in XXX.
Here's an example:
If you want to find all orders that start with "SO"
Fill in "SO*" within the field
Hit enter
All orders beginning with "SO" will appear in the results
