Summary

The Orders tab is where you will find detailed information about all your orders.

The left side of the navigation contains Orders, Order Lines, Order Items, Ship Detail, and links to Customer documents.

  • The Order section will give you information about your order at the header level.

  • The Order Lines section will give you information at the line level. It will show the parts and Qty shipping.

  • The Order Items will summarize by part number the qty of each part shipped within a designated time frame.

  • The Ship Detail section will give you order information at the box level, including tracking numbers for each box shipped.

How do I filter the default view?

No matter which section you select from the Order Tab, there are default views available for Warehouse, Account, Received Date, Channel, Destination, and Order Date. You have the ability to filter each of these sections to display precisely what you desire. You can even create a customize view based on your filter criteria.

  • Filter choices on the drop-down.

    • Warehouse – This is where the order is shipping from.

    • Account – This is the account the order is shipping from.

    • Received Date – This is the date we got the order.

    • Channel – This is how we got the order – EDI, E-commerce storefront, API, etc.

    • Destination – Choices are international or domestic.

How do I change what columns I see in each view?

You may adjust your table view using the filter in the top right navigation. The default view is "Basic." You can also view using "All Columns" or "Customized."

  • Click on Customize to adjust the grid.

  • You can save the view under a unique name.

  • Use the same drop-down to export the data.

    • Excel

    • CSV

    • Zip file

  • You can schedule a report from the same drop-down.

Can I create searches within each view?

Yes, the fillable field under some of the column headers can be used for filtering and searching also. You can use an asterisk, “*,” as a wild card.

  • “*xxx” will search for any that ends in XXX.

  • “*xxx*” will search for anything with XXX in the middle.

  • “xxx*” will search for anything that starts with XXX.

  • For example - If I wanted to find all orders that started with SO.

    • I will enter SO*

    • Then hit enter:

  • All orders that begin with SO will show up.
